openlanddata is a free, ad-free, independent hobby project operated by Morten Fjord. The service may be changed, limited or discontinued without notice.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Do not bypass security or limits, disrupt operations, automate unreasonable load, or use the service to infringe the rights of others.
Accounts and exports
You are responsible for access to your email account and activity under your account. Quotas and file expiry are shown in the export feature. We may reject jobs or suspend or delete an account for abuse, security risk or a material breach.
Data, sources and licences
The displayed data comes mainly from public sources and is not owned by openlanddata. Your reuse must comply with the relevant source licence and applicable law. See the Sources page for specific sources, licences and attribution.
Not a public authority
openlanddata is not a public authority and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the authorities publishing source data. Consult the original source for official, legal or otherwise critical matters.
Accuracy and liability
We aim to present information correctly but do not guarantee that data, explanations or the service are complete, current, error-free or always available. The service is provided as is. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Law and changes
Danish law applies, without overriding mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence. We may update these terms and will show the current effective date on this page.
