How it is calculated
Reviewed crop groups are sorted by allocated area. The group with the largest area sets the base type. 'Mixed grower' is used when no group reaches 35%. The same rules apply to every municipality and year.
marker-municipality-story-snapshot-v1 · 2026-08-02 · 2026-08-30
Declared field area is allocated to municipalities. Crop codes are grouped with the reviewed openlanddata taxonomy.
What to keep in mind
- The archetype describes area composition, not farmers or holdings.
- Crop groups hide variation between individual crop codes.
- Highly urban municipalities may have too little agricultural area for a meaningful profile.
